Loryn Schlinker has been recognized by West Michigan Injury Lawyers, PLC as the “premises guru” of the firm, wherein she has notable settlements including a $625,000 settlement for a man who sustained serious injuries after he fell off his bike when his tire hit a portion of unmarked excavated sidewalk. She is an avid volunteer for organizations such as Every Woman’s Place, the Grand Rapids Urban League, and at criminal expungement workshops. Her other practice areas include motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and dog bites.
David Givskud has extensive trial experience and has litigated over a thousand no-fault cases. Having been previously named on the exclusive Michigan Super Lawyers® list, David takes pride in holding insurance companies accountable for providing the benefits that insureds are entitled to as part of the auto insurance.
